FAQ

  • 1) BAT Sports Leagues:
    Weather Policies: No practices are made up for bad weather cancellations or field closure. Canceled games due to bad weather or field closure will be rescheduled to a Saturday afternoon after the season, which your coach will inform you of. For basketball only: every game/ practice is indoor, so we are unaffected by weather. No Show/Cancelation Policies: Baseball: If you cancel on or before September 29th, you will get a full refund, minus the payment processing fee. If you cancel after September 29th and before the second game of the season (October 14th), your account with BAT will be credited for 75% of the league fee, minus the payment processing fee. After two weeks of league play, no refunds or credit will be issued. Basketball: If you cancel on or before November 9th, you will get a full refund, minus the payment processing fee. If you cancel after November 9th and before the second game of the season (November 17th), your account with BAT will be credited for 75% of the league fee, minus the payment processing fee. After one weeks of league play, no refunds or credit will be issued.
  • 2) Weekly BAT Camp:
    Weather Policies: On severe weather days, camp is canceled, and no refunds or credit will be issued. In the event that the park we are scheduled at is closed, but the weather is not severe, camp will be relocated to Preston Hollow Park (9000 Thackeray St.) at the same time. We will text you updates on park changes or cancellations for bad weather days as soon as possible. No Show/Cancelation Policies: In the first 2 weeks if you wish to cancel your camp reservation going forward, we will issue a full refund for the remaining camps in the semester, minus the payment processing fee. If you cancel your camp reservation between week 2 and week 6, you will get a credit in your BAT account. If you cancel after 6 weeks of camp, no credit or refunds will be issued. No refund or credit for any no shows to camp. The camp day and time that you purchase for the semester is the camp day and time you must stick with. There is no making up for missed camps on other camp days. ​
  • 3) Holiday Camps & Tournaments:
    Weather Policies: On severe weather days, the camp or tournament will be rescheduled to a nearby weekend date, which we will contact you about. In the event that the park we are scheduled at is closed, but the weather is not severe, camp will be relocated to Preston Hollow Park (9000 Thackeray St.) at the same time. No Show/Cancelation Policies: We ask that a 24-hour notice be given if you need to cancel. For a cancellation with less-than 24-hour notification, you will be charged 50% of the Holiday camp/Tournament fee. For no-shows, the full Holiday camp/Tournament fee will be charged.
  • 4) Sports Training:
    Weather Policies: On severe weather days, sports training will be rescheduled, which we will contact you about. If we can not find a time that works for the both of us you will be issued a full refund. No Show/Cancelation Policies (For One-On-One or Groups of 2): We ask that a 6-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or reschedule a training session. For a cancellation with less-than 6-hour notification, you will be charged 50% of the training fee. For no-shows, the full training fee will be charged. No Show/Cancellation Policies (For Groups of 3+): No credit or refunds for missed training sessions.
